Our QC Process — Every Shipment

Factory Selection
We work only with certified factories that supply to major EV OEMs. Every new supplier undergoes a 6-month qualification process before we place commercial orders.

Pre-Shipment Testing
Samples from each batch are tested for capacity, internal resistance, voltage, and cycle performance before the shipment is released.

Documentation Verification
UN38.3 transport certificates, IEC 62133 safety certs, and Certificate of Origin are verified for every batch — not just once during onboarding.

India Incoming QC
Upon arrival at our India warehouse, spot checks are performed on capacity, OCV, and physical condition before dispatch to customers.

Transport Safety Testing
Mandatory international standard for transporting lithium-ion cells. Covers altitude, temperature, vibration, shock, short circuit, and overcharge tests.
IEC 62133
Cell Safety Standard
International safety requirements for portable sealed secondary lithium cells and batteries. Covers abuse testing, safety performance, and marking requirements.
BIS IS 16893
Indian Standard
Bureau of Indian Standards specification for secondary lithium cells and batteries used in EVs. We track BIS compliance status per SKU for all Indian regulations.
IMDG Class 9
Dangerous Goods — Sea Freight
Li-ion cells are Class 9 DG under the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code. All our shipments use DG-certified freight forwarders with proper UN3480/UN3481 packaging.
